Reform And Applications Of The Headlamp-Detection System Of Hafei Minicars

On the basis of the detection line of the HaFei headlamps,the test data of the headlamps and the causes of the errors are analysed,some measures about improving and protecting the headlamps are proposed.The main contents of this article are as follows:The significance of the automoblie detection, the domestic and international development of the detection technology,the trend of headlamp tester development,the goal and the meaning of the reasearch on this article are introduced in this article.This article not only expounds the characteristics,testing items and national detection standards of headlamps,but also expounds luminous intensity of headlamps and the detection principle axis skewed quantity.The structure and the operating principle of spotlight headlamps detector,screen headlamps detector,project headlamps detector and automatic tracking axis headlamps detector also are introduced in this article.The primary structure and the function of subcompact headlamps detector,the operation flow of headlamps for detection line and SQL Server 2000 database system are analysesd on the basis of researching on subcompact headlamps detector.The dim-dip and upper beam of 40 subcompacts headlamps are detected by making use of the headlamps detection system.The test data are processed by the statistics knowledge.The curve of headlamps detection test are fitted by least square method.So, the curves and the satellite images of light intensity are obtained on the basis of the above analysis.The results indicated that the variance of light intensity is high for dim-dip and upper beam,the light intensity of upper beam is low and upper beam have a corner.Therefore,the test data is not satisfied with the claims of GB7258-2004.Through the corrections to correct headlamps detector and making use of least square method to fit and analyses the test data, the lens hood and the lamp box leather coats are improved.The dim-dip and the upper beam of 40 subcompacts are detected again on the basis of improvement of headlamps.The results indicate that the light intensity and the direction of the light are improved, the satellite images of the shadow has already vanished, the dim-dip and upper beam are satisfied with the claims of GB7258-2004.The results of this article will have some reference value for researching on the light detection system and the design of headlamps.
