With the rapid development of Coastal cities, the scale of urban has a trend of enlargement and the conflicts of landless are becoming more and more serious. So major engineerings are from land to seaside and ocean.Saturated soft soil such as silt,muddy soil and soft dredger soil have the characteristic with higher water content, higher compression, lower strength, poorer permeability, reclaimable, deeply buried that is harmful to projects. How to consolidate saturated soft soil reasonably and effectively is an important topic that is current facing.Based on the previous work, taking test with technology including sunken tube sand pile and predewatering dynamic consolidation on soft foundation as the engineering background, this paper researches excess pore water pressure because of dynamic consolidation on soft soil foundation.Fist, combining with dynamic consolidation principles and vibration wave theory, I analysis soil consolidation mechanism and wave propagation under dynamic load and give dynamic stress and excess pore water pressure distribution within saturated soil under dynamic load. Second, combining with field test,this paper analysis the produce, distribution, dissipation, affecting extent of excess pore water pressure within soil under dynamic load. And combining with surface subsidence, lamination, stratigraphic horizontal displacement of soil, analysis soft soil under dynamic load. Third, combining with soft soil characteristic of dongying and using FLAC-3D, this paper establish dynamic simulation numerical with representative soil. And study excess pore water pressure and stress distribution characteristics under tamping points distribution characteristics with time and space within dynamic time.
