| :Electronic control technology of diesel engine has become an important part of engine technology, recently, for its characters of precision, rapid and flexible. This paper is based on the subject of "ECU development of high power commercial diesel engine" which is a project of national "863" plan. The paper has layed the foundation for design of ECU which is meet national standard and reliable. The main work and achievements are as follow:First, summarize the automotive EMC standards at home and abroad. Classified them as CE,RE,CS,RS,ESD five parts. Analyze the test methods of each type, and look out the root of EMC problems to guide the design.Then, according to analysis of ECU structure guide of EMC standard, the paper gets the information of the sources the form and the MAI of interference through simulates the EMI characters of Boost circuit and solenoid valve drive circuit. And then take simulation design for EMI suppression measures.Third, a protection circuit for driving boost circuit and an isolation solenoid valve drive circuit has been designed to improve the reliability of ECU. Furthermore, in order to improve the reliability of ECU the paper designed a low voltage maintenance circuit based on tracking control of PWM in order to improve the reliability of ECU.Finally, sum up many measures such as bypass, filtering, reasonable division and parts selection. Then proved correctness of the boost circuit and solenoid valve drive circuit at same time testify the ct of circuit by EMI suppression measuresThese works can help to get the design ideas of ECU reliability design and performance of EMC design that lays a good foundation for further development of the ECU. |
