As an important control element in the fluid transmission system,solenoid valve has a great influence on the performance of the whole system,and a series of tests must be carried out on the solenoid valve products to measuring the performance parameters accurately.The solenoid valve test technology has a very high level of development,and its degree of automation and the degree of integration are also increasing,showing the development trend of network and virtualization.Based on the deep analysis and research of various electromagnetic valve testing technology and testing equipment,this paper designed an automatic,networked electromagnetic valve testing platform,and enabled the wireless automation testing and database remote access.Finally confirmed the practicality and reliability of the test platform through the experiment.The mainly task are divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter introduced the main testing technology of the solenoid valve and described its research status and development trend at home and abroad,at the same time put forward the research significance and research content of this paper.The second chapter presented the whole design scheme of a web-based platform for automatic testing solenoid valve and designed its wireless network system,hardware system and data platform.In chapter 3,the Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication module of the test platform,including the configuration of communication function and the design of communication protocol,is designed.In the fourth chapter,a new reliability testing method is proposed,and the control software of the electromagnetic valve reliability testing platform based on network is emphatically designed,then carried out a reliability test on a certain type of solenoid valve.In the fifth chapter,the application software of the networked test platform for mobile communication equipment is developed based on the Android system.In the last chapter,the main research work of the paper is summarized,and the future work and direction of further research are forecasted.
