China railway container transportation has entered a rapid development track, improving the layout of existed network is becoming more important. Railway container freight stations are being dealt with layout adjustment. According to the development, the container stations are cut by stages and the perfect stations are rebuilt or changed location for new specialized container stations. Therefore, how to accurately mining nodes from the transportation network, and proposing the great improvement suggestions for layout,it will play a positive role in transportation network development.Firstly, the paper analyses the transportation network of railway containers from two aspects of network function and structure.It proposes two clustering algorithm:k-means clustering algorithm based on system clustering and c-means clustering algorithm based on genetic algorithm. The paper detailed describes the design process of algorithm, analyses the clustering algorithm on data experiment, and sums up the algorithm advantage.Secondly, in order to accurately mining rapid development or reducing nodes from transportation network, this paper puts forward to regional transportation network research theory based on clustering algorithm. It proposes the concepts and basic structure of regional transportation network, establishs influence factors hierarchical analysis model, and gets influence factors multilevel hierarchic structure.It uses two proposed clustering algorithm analysing regional transportation network from two points of scale influence factors and node space position.Finally it gets reasonablly accurate classification layout of regional transportation network.The paper uses grey relational analysis evaluation method based on variable weights researching regional transportation network, according to the evaluation result, mines rapid development or reducing nodes from regional transportation network.The paper verifies research theory on regional transportation network of railway specialized container stations, compares original clustering algorithms, and proves the validity and advantage of the theory. Finally, the paper solves transportation network layout problem for Harbin railway hub and puts forward to cuting nodes solution.
