Study On The Container Transport Organtzation Of Railway Container Handing Station

Container transport has got the characteristics of swift, safety, convenience, economic and easy realizing of multimodal transport. As a modernized transport mode, it has been greatly developed. Yet the greater disparity exists when comparing the container transport domestic with that of abroad. Such being the case, it becomes very essential to quicken then development of railway container transport and one of the important tasks is to improve the layout of the railway container yard and station.As a second engineering of china railway container transport layout adjustment, railway container handling station (RCHS) is constructed under the demands of the development orientation on national railway container transport and the development requirements of modern logistics. It stands on the position of national region center of railway container transport. The research of operation organization on RCHS has plays a important role to direct the construction and operation of itself.Based on the analyzing of existing operation procedure on railway container transport, the thesis finds out the problems and confirms the operation procedure of RCHS. Then it makes a research on the influence factors of RCHS operation organization and concretely analyzes the statistic of container utilizing, forecast of container flow volume, detention time of container transfer, the number of container train marshalling and so on. Furthermore, it discusses the operation organization mode and principles of RCHS, analyzes the passengerized transport organizing of container train. According to the analyzing of the characteristics of the handling operation and dispatch of empty container, several aspects have been done and some conclusions have been made. At last, I wish that the paper could have some leading significance to railway containertransport development.
