At the same time, the requirement of security, applicability and especially the high precision line type smooth should be satisfied. Emergency track beam assemble platform is a kind of auxiliary equipment to meet the requirements.Background of Chongqing monorail transit emergency repair system, based on the principles of safety, convenient construction, economical and reasonable, assemble platform is assembled through kinds of I beams'bolt connection or welding, which needed for emergency track beam segmental assemble, and it can be applicable to all line types, all spans'PC track beam. According to the related specifications, the platform's strength, stiffness and stability were checked, and finite element analysis models were established to verification the platform's displacement to make sure that emergency track beam's line type wasn't affected.Anchor bolts were used to link assembly platform and ground firmly, in case assembly platform moved or overturned when working. In this paper, by comparison and selection of several schemes, anchor bolt construction scheme was confirmed. The scheme implemented rapid assembly, and anchorage strength satisfied the requirements, saved lots of time for assemble.As an important component of emergency track beam, the bearing'quality of design and manufacture has a significant impact on the whole emergency system. Based on anterior chute emergency track beam bearing, this paper improved its function, preliminarily achieved bearing chute's rotation. After verifying, the strength of emergency track beam bearing, the joint strength of upper limb and lower limb, the joint strength of bearing and emergency track beam, the rotation function etc, all met the requirements.
