ABSTRACT:Based on the optical divide bundle of Talbot have editor,because of its simple preparation process,stable optical divide bundle of effect,high optical integration,development becomes the main research light divide bundle of implement equipment.For doped lithium niobate was studied in the nonlinear optical device materials preparation of testing, lithium niobate was studied in the application doped characteristics of the device, need the photoelectric doping lithium niobate crystals in the surface of the load voltage, adjusting device photoelectric characteristics. But, doping lithium niobate crystals material itself, not conductive, cannot be in doping lithium niobate crystals form even material surface, to the whole crystal materials electric field, and realize the photoelectric characteristics tuning. Through doping lithium niobate crystals in material surface, rf magnetron sputtering transparent conductive ITO thin film, can well improve doped lithium niobate was studied the characteristics of crystal material, so as to achieve the better application of the photoelectric characteristics, better promote the development of the optical, better for people's life service.This research topic is based on two-dimensional hexagonal Talbot have light divide bundle of device, from two aspects of theory and experiment that it was studied, the main contents include:1.Theorized optical divide bundle of implement basic theories and phenomenon explanation;2.Introduce preparation estimator nonlinear optical divide bundle of photoelectric crystal lithium niobate was studied.
