Loader device optimization is a typical optimization problem institutions, the difference with common optimization problem is its optimization objective function is not obvious, or more objective function. There is no clear line between constraints and objective function. Transmission ratio can be objective function, translation and automatically flat performance can also be objective function. Even dump height and dump reach can be objective function. Design variables can be the coordinates of the hinge point, but it is not conducive for designer to have the intuitive understanding of the organization, so we make distance between all hinge points and necessary angles as the design variables, then the location of the hinge point can be expressed by the length and angle. To verify the results, we choose virtual prototype simulation methods. This method can greatly reduce the test cost, and the results obtained sufficient credibility. After determined the design variables and objective function, you can set up constraints based on performance requirements. Establish constraints are the top priority throughout the design process, so here with a lot of space described the process of building constraints in detail, Then you can use advanced computer algorithms-genetic algorithm. To solve the problem of population pinch, this paper appended those solutions that were not optimum to initial population, and washed out bad unit gradually to get optimization. This thesis coped with the primary design of LW1200K working implement. The position optimization of key hinge point was analyzed at the basic precondition of ensuring dump height and dump reach. After completed the preliminary coordinates determine of the hinge points, ADAMS was used to analysis the stress of key parts. And the results meet the design requirements of 12 tons large loader.
