With the development of high-speed railway in China, ballastless track has been widely used because of excellentstability,low maintenance workload and ability of preserving the geometrieal features. CRTSâ…¢Type ballastless track, applied to Chengdu-Dujiangyan Fast Rail, gives a new direction within the research and design of ballastless track. It is necessary to optimize the CRTSâ…¢Type ballastless track structure and further perfect the design theory and method.Based on selecting the type for CRTSâ…¢Type ballastless track in Wuhan City Circle Inter-City Railway, a coupling static and dynamic model is established to deal with selecting type. The main research contents are as follows:1. Using the FEA software ANSYS, establish a coupling static model of CRTSIII type ballastless track. With the model, research mechanical properties of ballastless track caused by different setting up methods of groove in bed plate; Verify the self feasibility of compacted concrete's different longitudinal connecting methods as well as thickening slab in the cold regions; And, make proposals about setting up methods of groove and reinforcement methods of bed plate.2. Using the FEA software ABAQUS, establish a vehicle-ballastless track Coupling dynamic model.Research is done on the dynamic response of different setting up method of groove in bed plate when the vehicle is traveling at the rate of 350 miles an hour. Dynamic displacement and acceleration of rail, slab, compacted concrete and bed plate, which are safety and comfort index, have been analyzed.
