Safety is the invariable theme for railway operation, especially for high speed railway operation, in which there are some features such as run very fast, requiring particularly strict line condition. At present, the foundation settlement problems have seriously affected the operation safety for HST(high speed trains), turning out into Important technical issues to be well addressed in railway construction industry. Focused on the problems mentioned above, and based on a foundation settlement repairing project of the CRTSⅡ Slab Ballastless Track on Bridge for Beijing-T ianjin Intercity High-Speed Railway, This thesis researched and analysed the bridge structure in both theory way and practice way, verifying the feasibility and necessity of jacking-up foundation-settled railway bridge, and lays a solid foundation for later work in this certain area. The essay’s primary work are as follows:(1) By consulting quantities of Chinese and English document literatures, summarize the basic situation of railway bridges, ballastless track structure, and bridge foundation settlement domestic and overseas, and introduce the research status of bridge jacking-up technique.(2) Using the FEA(finite element analysis)software for simulated calculation, analysis the railway bridge and ballastlless track structure on it, get the results of the stress distributions and the most unfavorable working conditions when bridge ballastless track system jacking constructions according to different bridge beam-types and different jacking-up working conditions.(3) Carry out real-time monitoring during the construction process of bridge foundation settlement, and sort out, analysis, and summarize the data at the end of it. Get out the results of stress variation conditions in real jacking-up and repair project, with contrastive analyzing of simulation analysis results.(4) Under long term monitoring on railway bridge foundation settlement, get out the bridge foundation settlement fundamental state in the data analysis way, then sum up the settlement actuality, providing valuable information for follow-up jacking-up construction.
