Considering the development and condition of our country's residential structure system, this paper not only compared several building structures with the multi-ribbed composite slab structure, but also summarized research achievements of building energy conservation between the traditional structure and new buildings. Through compared several different structures using the software of finite element, the stability as well as the effect factors of the multi-ribbed composite slab was discussed.Works completed in this article can be listed as follows:1. After related the development and the current situation of the residence and architectural industry to the research of the new structural system's application.2. Rearching on the structural type, the structural features and materials of the multi-ribbed composite slab and fabricated large panel. In addition, comparisons were made between the two types of wall in energy-dissipation, mechanism of deterioration under earthquake, join constructs and insulation.3. The tectonic pattern and structural characteristics of the CL system were presented, as well as comparisons between the CL-structure and the multi-ribbed composite slab about the bearing capacity, the energy-dissipation, the design method and the energy-saving.4. The finite element method was used to calculate the stability of fabricated large panel, the CL-structure and the multi-ribbed composite slab. The process of calculation focused on the analysis of the stability's effect factors of the three kinds of wall. Based on the simulation above, reduction formula for the slab's coefficient of stability was deduced, which will also provide reason for the establishing of the slab's bearing formula.
