As a trational industry,residential building industries have been long-term extensive production stage in China.In accordance with the demand of housing industrialization and modernization,a variety of new-style structural systems with high performance has been developed.Light weight frame structure of multi-ribbed wall slab a new type of structure,which lightweight,big rigidity,good anti-seismic capacity,to economize energy resource,good social benefit and green environment protection are different from ordinary frame and shear wall.Because of its particularity,today there is not better rounded theory and analysis method.In order to complete the theoretical system and generalize the application of those structures,it is critical to construct a reasonable model for analysis and design.In early study,a great deal of research in experimental and theoretical have been done in multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame of application in multi-storey residential,and has achieved the desired results. With the large number of small high-rise building development,concrete frame structure and shear wall structure with a large number of application in small high-rise building.In this paper,we discussed the application of multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame in small high-rise building.With chief achievements as follows:First,in early study of multi-ribbed wall panel of experimental and theoretical which based on a test,a ten-story building model of lightweight frame structure of multi-ribbed wall plate slab with ratio 1:3 is studied.Based on the rigid frame-oblique compression bar model,the compression-only bar element is introduced to establish a cross-braces FEM structural model.A modal analysis on the cross-braces FEM model is performed by the use of FEM software ANSYS,then the result of modal analysis is compared with the test result model analysis.Finally,its turn out that the calculation results coincide well with the test results.Secondly,according to the cross-braces FEM structure model,a ten-story building model of lightweight frame structure of multi-ribbed wall plate slab were established, also a ten-story concrete frame structure,a ten-story shear wall structure were established,then we have a numerical analysis,according to the numerical analysis results we have a compare of the volume of steel in this three structures.Research shows that:multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame have its superiority on high-rise residential than concrete frame structure and shear wall structure.Furthermore, according to the early research results of multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame structure and this paper's theoretical results and current state code,the practical design methods of multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame in high-rise residential wear researched.Finally,this paper given some suggestions of multi-ribbed wall plate slab lightweight frame in small high-rise building's application and have a prospects of the future development.
