With the adjustment and change of electricity policy of china, the development of green energy and the reduction of environmental pollution have become the main direction. As an advanced technology, gas-steam combined cycle power generation can improve the efficiency of thermal power plant and resolve the contamination problem, which boost the position of gas-steam combined cycle power generation in electric utility industry. So how to develop the gas-steam combined cycle technology has turn into a trend.In order to analyse the economical characteristic of rev machine process, we represent a rev machine process factor, X, to measure to economical efficiency of rev machine process. By researching those factors who will effect X, we give the mathematical model of X and present new method for rev machine process. The practical operation improves the reasonable and economical features of the new method. Then we introduce the problem during the working process of high pressure water feeding pump and propose the frequency conversion technology in high press water feeding system. The experiment can improve the economic benefit of the new method. At the same time, we research the measures of saving power or water in gas-steam combined cycle power generation system. At last, by applying technology innovation in several fields of the operation process of gas-steam combined cycle power generation system, we can get good energy saving result.
