With the rapid development of power grid, power equipment, with increasing number of species, the power companies pay more attention to the interests of the enterprise, focusing on the optimal allocation of its resources to pursue the maximization of corporate profits, the cost of the equipment, increasing maintenance costs pressure, maintenance of the traditional way of summary and innovation, introduce advanced maintenance management tool is imminent. The thesis of repair substation relay protection project will conduct in-depth discussion with the actual needs of electricity production, from the protection process of the practical application of condition-based maintenance issues to be addressed in the paper analyzes the maintenance of the status of substation relay protection, and reliable operation of the existing factors of protection to sum up; describes the main purpose of protection condition maintenance, condition-based maintenance of electrical protection and the protection status of the main technical maintenance of the desired effect. Through concise summary of the state of repair methods available; based on the basic principles of relay protection, relay protection and running the basic configuration principles of order, summarize and analyze the actual protection operation in the case appears to determine the basic factors affect the protection operation, establish the basic protection of the state maintenance model; to achieve the quantitative performance analysis for the relay in order to find protection in the transfer between the various state laws, so that protection may be in various states and state transition become more clear and reasonable. Develop effective test variables, to quantify the performance of the device, and ultimately determine the best maintenance cycle. The research project addresses these issues, to enhance the level of the overall operation of the substation and improve the reliability of positive significance.
