At present, the development of China’s power industry changes rapidly, themanagement of substation is becoming increasingly tend to automation, networking anddigital. Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic society has made greatprogress, and the power is an important measure of the industrialization level of a country,which should keep pace with the development of times: reform of electric powertechnology is imminent. Power maintenance plays a very important role in the powersystem, with the electric power technology is reformed deeply, new maintenance methodis coming, as an important trend of electric power overhaul reform, the maintenance ofstate can protect the electricity supply and the stable operation of power system moreeffectively. The advantage of state maintenance is than can evaluate the work state of theequipments accurately. After determining the safety factor, make a inspection plan for theequipment, which not only achieves the economic goal in maintaining power systemreliability but also achieves the economic goal, and which can guarantee the safety of thepower network and the stability of the power running.With the deepening of the electric marketization reform, the operation, maintenanceand maintenance cost of the power system equipment is cost more and more. The electricpower maintenance goes through no distinction between periodic maintenance,deterioration maintenance, and is result in state maintenance strategy. The newest electricpower overhauling theory combines the growing maturity equipment conditionmonitoring technology and fault diagnosis technology, according to the target equipmentcondition assessment data to determine the maintenance cycle, make the projectmaintenance strategy. It can run accurately monitor and manage the target device, whichnot only has ensured the reliability, but also has increased the economic benefit.In this paper, the design idea of the state maintenance of the electric powerequipment is applied in the construction and transformation of the Donghe110kVtransformer substation. Take the online monitoring of the transformer, circuit breaker,isolating switch circuit of the primary side, relaying protection device and other safeautomation devices of the second side of the transformer substation as an example, afterbeing analyzed, combine with the improvement of the comprehensive state informationmonitoring and management system, so that provides a more intelligent managementplan to various substation equipment state maintenance, which more accuratelydetermine the equipment needs to test or maintenance or not. So the state maintenanceobjectives are fully achieved.With On this basis, This paper designed the Donghe substation, constructed theoverall framework of substation state detection system, integrated all the state detection in one system, achieved integrated substation state detection system. Finally, elaboratedthe main methods of the configuration of the state measurement plan and the design ofthe substation. The design progress is well-off and the construction condition is well.
