The blade is one important component of the wind turbine, which converts wind energy into mechanical energy, to obtain high utilization factor of wind energy and economic benefits. From the status and trend of global wind power generation, the installed capacity rose year by year, considering its the environment protection and maneuverability, there are a huge development space. Based on the current situation of blade technical and research, summarize and analyze the existing problem in blade design and checking, combined with the work characteristics, in view of fiber reinforced composite has become the main material during of the blade manufacturing process, the paper analysize and check the composite blade which is preliminaryly designed by the blade design software platform, to ensure the feasibility, reasonableness and economy of blade structure. The main contents of the research are as follows:1. Load CalculationThis article will set blade parameter on Bladed software to calculation load, get the maximum of designated variables and the value of other variable through the post-processing, provide data base for the finite element analysis follow-up.2. Parameterized modelingAlong the stretch direction, cut the blade into 14 cross-section, through the coordinate transformation change airfoil data into a space coordinates, with the help of ANSYS parametric language tool APDL, create the key point, curve and surface modeling, blade composite layer angle, thickness and material properties is simulated by real constant, using free meshing mode discrete for many nodes. Make the best of the virtues of APDL parametric modeling, wind turbine blade model that users needed can be generated quickly and precisely by modifing the related data.3. Finite element analysisAccording to the working condition of wind turbines, analysize the strength and stiffness under extreme conditions of wind turbines, to provide basis for the blade preliminary design, conduct the modal and stability analysis to avoid resonance and instability. The method plays a good role in guinding for the composite blade structure design and also suitable for other blade structure analysis and checking.
