Blade is one of the key components int he wind turbine, the analysis work.Thispaper calculated and analyzed the load0.6MW horizontal axis wind turbine blade,and modal analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:①Refer to the domestic and foreign various about wind turbine load researchliterature,based on the theory of wind energy,this article has analyzed the movementof wind turbine blades under different operating conditions;Using the blade elementtheory and momentum theory,this article has studied the blade stress and straincondition;According to the basic principle of the vibration theory,it has calculatedand analyzed the self vibration frequency of blades in different conditions.②Using the software CATIA for solid modeling of blades.Using Excel softwareto import data into CATIA software.Based on the CATIA surface modeling function,we have constructed the3D model of a wind turbine blade.③Based on the structure features for wind turbine blades and characteristics ofANSYS software,We choosed the right method and reasonable steps to bladesimulation analysis to make this conclusion: the blade tip displacement maximum, theblade root near the maximum force,And we have verified the rationality of this bladeunder different conditions。④Based on the Modal module of ANSYS to carry out the modal analysisofblade,This article analyzed the blade when at rest and the rated speed of theinherent frequency and vibration type,and checked whether there is risk of bladeresonance structure failure.
