With the high speed of industrial development happening in China, the large scale turbine engine as a main industrial equipment, is in the process of high speed development. The foundation structure plays an important role in the large scale turbine engine, which involves safely, effectively and stably of the turbine engine. The design of the foundation not only must consider its dynamic behaviors, but also consider the cost of its building. So, the research in foundation design has been becoming a focus nowadays.For the design of turbine engine foundation, besides the optimization of variables, the influence resulted by the variation of variables on structure must be considered. For some structures, this kind of influence is huge. Sometimes it is even a big threat to the safety of structure. Hence, this kind of variation must be considered in the process of design.In the paper, a robustness dynamic optimization model is built based on the double-decked kriging surrogate functions. This model considers the variations of the design variables which are the section areas of the foundations'beams in the process of optimization. The numerical examples show that the proposed method is helpful to improve the design of turbine engine foundation structures.
