Electronic pod is widely used in modern electronic war(EW). As the electronic equipment becomes more advanced, it will become more power-hungry. Pod power Supply System is a useful way to solve this problem. Further on, the ducted ram air turbine system is of great application value on this problem for its high efficiency, high power density and low drag.First, this paper comes up with one kind of ducted ram air turbine for pod powe r producing which comprises submerged inlet, axial turbine, generator and controller. Then, this paper focuses on the aerodynamic performance of the power supply system, and works primarily on the inlet and ram air turbine as below:(1) Design submerged inlet based on Bezier curves, then study the influence of the geometry parameter curve on the overall performance of inlet through combination numerical analysis of internal and external flow.(2) Come up with the scheme of ram air turbine design which includes one-dimensional design and S2 stream surface design. And use free vortex method and control vortex method respectively when processing S2 surface design, the results show that the control vortex control can improve the performance of the root of turbine through changing the radial pressure gradient.(3) Come up with the optimization process of ram air turbine which includes parametric modeling, flow field analysis and optimizing by Kriging model. First, structure the blades based on Bezier curve, then use FLUENT to complete numerical simulation, finally search the best blades using improved Kriging model. The ram air turbine optimized has greater adiabatic efficiency of 93.1% than 91.4% before, and more power of 18.6kw than 17.3kw.(4) Study on the influence of stack line's circumferential bend on the flow field of ram air turbine, the comparison can be got by structuring different blades when changing stack lines.
