Research On Sustainability Of Australian Immigrant Communities In Sydney

This essay focuses on the sustainability of immigrant communities in Australia, and then evaluates two aspects of them including design-oriented factor and non-design-oriented factor from the experience of Sydney.To begin with some related concepts and contexts, the essay then summarizes three main elements of sustainability from several case studies and tries to answer how to achieve the sustainability in practice;Afterwards, the essay focuses on Sydney and analyzes forms of immigrant communities and characteristics of people inside; and then proposes some challenges and opportunities in relation to sustainability after introducing the history and location of these kinds of communities in Australia; then it moves on to design-oriented factor and non-design-oriented factor in order to answer how to achieve sustainability in both sides; finally it tries to give some suggestions on how to resolve serious problems relating residential areas of flowing people in China.Some issues of urban development which are happening or will happen in China have been actually faced and resolved in some developed nations. It can be considered as an opportunity to modify, even avoid these similar problems when happening in China. And this is core reason of why this essay exists as well.
