| With the rapid development of our national economy, China's oil demand is a gradually rising trend in China, in order to meet the demand of the oil market, must pass produced strong import and two channels to solve problems in oil demand. Proven reserves in crude oil lower than the world's average output of crude oil, the past decade has remained at 1-2 million tons of domestic level, and about the huge market demand in China mainly through comparison imported crude oil demand ways to meet. Our oil after discharging port infrastructure construction in recent years as the support in national strategy has greatly improved, large-scale crude oil jetty began unloading capacity surplus. However, China's crude oil fleet development speed is slow, and kingdom destiny rate below international oil cordon 50% level.In order to improve our country the ratio of crude oil kingdom in destiny, meet market demand as well as China's crude oil transportation safety. This paper first introduced the situation of market supply and demand in crude oil transport and on the basis of our oil imports carried out quantitative forecast and qualitative analysis.Then, this paper discusses oil transport infrastructure makes a detailed introduction and analysis in China, which mainly includes crude oil transport loading of oil port, after discharging port scale, and the distribution of oil imports major airlines and our country's existing transport main oil transportation enterprise, fleet scale the status quo.Finally, according to the analysis of the foregoing chapter using linear programming model, with total annual target of minimizing the operating expenses established mathematical model of fleet planning. According to the forecast volume, combining with the actual situation of port, routes and future development trend in China by oil transport fleet programming scale and structure, the development of that Chinese crude oil transport fleet planning optimized result. |
