Research On Risk Assessment Of Grounding Vessel

Based on the expatiation on the present grounding research, this paper analyses the accident reports with using decision tree model, then gets the indexes assessing grounding vessels and establishes decision tree model, finally uses fuzzy sets to establish a risk assessment model for grounding vessel。Applying on the risk assessment model, this paper strands two examples to test and verify this model, finally the result is satisfaction, the model is suitable for the vessel staff and rescuing teams in an actual application。After grounding, this model can be used widely in the vessel, the competent authority and relevant decision-making staff to assess the risk, providing timely, rational and scientific methods to rescue grounding vessel, so that we could reduce human error, ensure the safety of life and property at sea。...
