Ballast water is the modern ocean-going vessels sailing to ensure safe and efficient operation. However, ballast water also contributed to the invasion of alien aquatic plants and animals the main factors. Relevant for the development of ballast water management systems, the survey voyage in ballast water of different biodiversity is necessary. Although there have been some foreign ships on the voyage, the diversity of plankton in ballast water reports, but have not found this aspect of domestic research, in particular, has never been found to have loaded from the Chinese ports of ballast water biological diversity study. Therefore, this article on the two domestic voyage-Dalian,to Haikou and Haikou to Dalian, ballast water plankton diversity in the survey. In this paper, ballast water temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, chlorophyll a and plankton were samplied and detected time from 11 April 2010 to April 25,2010. One April 11-14 days in Dalian-Haikou,16-25 days for Haikou to Dalian, day 15 in exchange ballast water, it is not subjected to any sampling. Day 22 arrived in Dalian, after the continuous sampling to 25, and testing of the indicators made a correlation analysis. Findings are as follows:When navigation process, the number and biomass of plankton in ballast tanks were tested overall downward trend, but the sea route to Dalian, a short sailing time, the temperature gradually increases, which the plankton abundance and biomass decreased compared to Dalian Haikou Route is not obvious. It can be seen, the temperature change is a key factor in the survival of plankton.Nutrients in Ballast water, especially ammonium nitrate and chlorophyll a content showed a significant correlation between phosphate content and significantly related to phytoplankton biomass, which shows that, in the ballast water of nitrogen, phosphorus and water still closely related to the growth and reproduction of plankton, the plankton in ballast water is a limiting factor for survival.Appear in two domestic routes can lead to red tide algae are widely distributed in the types of waters, so the two routes to the destination port ballast water invasion of the low. Although in the course of this investigation found no presence of resting spores, but once the phytoplankton produce resting spores, and these resting spores Sui ballast water into the port of destination the port of destination would still be a potential threat to the ecological environment.
