This thesis focused on the issues of leakage and oil absorption impeded encountered in the test of hydraulic vane pump motor prototype.By using ANSYS simulation software the 2d axisymmetric model for PTFE rectangular seals was built, the deformation and stress of rectangular sealing ring in liquid pressure was under distribution in the numerical simulation and its sealing principle was revealed; Established the finite element model of pump core seat for its deformation under high pressure ,and the cause for the internal leakage of prototype was found combined with the principle of PTFE rectangular seals ; the structure of pump core seat was improved and its validity was verified by simulation.The new method was proposed for improving the prototype was to add another oil absorption mouth pump and its corresponding pipe flow channel on the pump cover side. Aimed at improving the hydraulic motor before and after vane pump prototype's flow channel from entry side pipe to prototype within hole plate centrifugal pump, FLUENT software was employed to establish complete flow model in prototype. Through the simulation got oil flow pattern in internal prototype. The simulation results showed that the improved model can effectively improve the problem with oil absorbing shortage ,largely ascend the overall static pressure distribution within the pump and also meet the oil cooling requirements of the prototype.A new motor pump prototype was processed and assembled. A series of test experiments of the new prototype had been done ,winning the input power parameters, output hydraulic parameters , the rotor speed and internal pressure within shell of the prototype , getting the proprities such as the speed ,power , efficiency and noise when pressure changed. The test results of the new prototype and equal power hydraulic motor pump group were compared. Tests show that the volume efficiency of improved prototype has been greatly improved, the internal leakage problem with the original prototype has been soluted well; Improvement of oil absorption ability of a prototype, effectively.
