The generation mechanism of vibration and noise in hydraulic motor-vane pumpwere analyzed in the thesis. A virtual prototype was built based on appropriatestructure simplification and the modal of hydraulic motor-vane pump was analyzed byfinite element method. The results showed that the natural frequencies of hydraulicmotor-vane pump were increased due to hydrodynamic supporting structure. Thestructure of Hydraulic motor-vane pump was improved and the vibration and modalexperiment was designed.The main contents of the thesis:In chapter1, the background and significance of this thesis was presented. Thehistory and current research progress and the key technology on hydraulic motor pumpwere reviewed. The main research subjects were presented.In chapter2, The excitation source and excitation frequency the hydraulic motors-vane pump and the excitation source and vibration transfer path in hydraulicmotor-vane pump were analyzed. The generation mechanism of noise of the hydraulicmotor-vane pump was elaborated and the noise control method of hydraulicmotor-vane pump was put forword.In chapter3, The finite element model of the hydraulic motor-vane pump was setup by ANSYS Wokbench. The natural frequency of the hydraulic motor-vane pumpwas increased due to the dynamic pressure of the support structure by modal analysisand it is conducive to hydraulic motor-vane pump vibration and noise reduction; Themotor rotor is the main components of the vibration, there may be a resonancephenomenon when rotor and vane pump under the lower modes. The simulation resultsprovided a theoretical reference for the structural design and vibration and noisereduction of the hydraulic motor-vane pump.In chapter4, The vibration and modal experiment of hydraulic motor-vane pumpwere designed in order to study hydraulic motor-vane pump the vibration modes ofcharacteristics further and verify the correctness of modal analysis.The hammer themodal test of the hydraulic motor-vane pump was conducted by CRAS signal analysissystem. The vibration of the prototype vice degrees and vibration frequency spectrumof the hydraulic motor-vane pump were measured by surface vibration picking methodwith acceleration sensors attached to the hydraulic motor-vane pump prototype shellsurface,get the acceleration versus time curve and acceleration frequency spectrum. At the end, conclusions were summarized and future research proposals weresuggested.
