Preliminary Study On The Planning And Design Of Garden Exposition Based On After-use

It has been 10 years for the development of our country's Garden Expositions, ever since the Kunming International Horticultural Exposition held in 1999. Although it had attracted so many tourists at the time, Tourists plunged a lot after that. The problems which restricted its sustainable development such as highly cost conservation have been increasingly prominent. Based on the domestic and international sessions Garden Expo Analysis from planning to development and related factors in contrast, this article sums up our horticultural expositions utilization and specificity, and points out problems faced by, and comes up with the necessity of horticultural expositions'planning and designing based on afterwards use.By reference to the Expo construction of sustainable design guidelines, and the "PRE-POST Theory", "3R Principle", "Zero-Impact Principle" proposed by Wuzhiqiang and Zhuqing, this article chooses "System theory", "Theory of Circular Economy", "Life-cycle Theory" as the theoretical basis for the planning system based on the use of the garden after the exposition. The structure of the system is built by Objectives Method and Crossing Method, while the relative factors are filtered by Synthesis Method and Elimination. The analysis of the variable factors although the whole process, will guide different planning and designing in different process.First of all, the relative factors of the early stage of overall planning including location, site area and organized breezing means, should be researched. Through relevant case studies and analysis of different factors, we can draw the principle of choosing location; through forecasting the amount of tourists during and after the expo, we can conclude a proper area for the expo, which will be divided into temporary area and permanent area; through simple analysis of the cases both home and abroad, we can conclude that the importance of the government and a stable committee to the horticultural exposition by advancing the breezing model to make sure of a smooth financial transition and by riching the content of afterwards use in the way of allowing various companies to joining the building of the horticultural exposition.Secondly, in the stage of planning and designing, the method to plan the area, the layout mode of the site, the selection of materials and the temporary technical measures, are researched. District planning should be based on the evaluation of the ecological and resource characteristics of the site, and permanent and temporary site should be established. According to the green features of the horticultural expositions, different types of green spaces are arranged into proper areas. The principle of green retention and the afterwards strategy of the relative areas are proposed. Then by effective site layout, traffic organization and stadium construction arrangement, the after use of horticultural exposition are easier. In the end, with specific designing method and materials, the construction can be conducted.The stage of afterwards use of the horticultural expositions mainly contains factors such as the conclusion of the form, the available specific reusing measures and the specific management mode and principle of the stage. The afterwards use should be diversified. Proper management mode for different ways of use will make the site sustainably develop.In the work of the coming days, this system needs massive constructions of theory and practical tests. With continuously going deep into, network access, improving the planning system and adding the relative factors, the after stage of the horticultural exposition will play a better role in serving the public...
