| With the growth of using number of years, a large number of bridge structure appears aging, the functional use of the structure has changed and accidentally damaged. Therefore, such as bridge structure strengthening research has been more and more attention of scholars all over the world.Wire rope reinforcement technique is a new type of externally prestressed reinforcement technique, the main reinforcement process is:wire rope fixed in beam in vitro, then tension wire rope lientang to designated pre-tightening force after anchorage, and finally anchor outside a layer of polymerization mortar anti-corrosion spray. The technology has apparent consolidation effect such as simple operation, durability and good for the reinforcement technique. So the reinforcement mechanism and the design method of research is the technology promotion in the using of the premise and basis. The article is based on five shear strengthening RC beams used external prestressed wire rope and 2 comparative beam; researching on the effect of rectangular beam of vertical and slanting arrangement with wire rope, different kinds of anchorage of T-beam to the shear strengthening. The study shows that the external prestressed wire rope of shear strengthening can remarkably improve the cracking load stiffness shearing capacity of the oblique section; for the rectangular beam U closed arrangement is better than that of slanting arrangement to the strengthening effect. To T beams, the effect of three arrangement strengthening is almost as the same as the improvement of bearing strength, and there is also no clear differences between the effect of U open placement (web anchoring) strengthening and the effect of U open arrangement (flange anchoring).According to the experimental beams of shear performance of test results, this paper mainly studies the analysis of reinforced beam shear bearing capacity and rigidity, cracks or the wire rope strain, stirrup strain variations, and puts forward the reasonable wire rope layouts for wire rope. This research results can also be for reference in the area of bridge shear strengthening. |
