Chinese ancient architecture is an important part of the history of the world architecture,is also a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation,which contains a rich historical value and cultural value.In the ancient wood repair type,flexural member reinforced occupies larger category,including the rafter,purling,lifting beam,fang,floor beam,roof beam,such as flexural member reinforced,this kind of component under the action of natural factors in the long run,produce moisture rot,bug eat by moth,and cracking phenomenon;Under long-term load,artifacts are prone to bending bearing capacity is insufficient,the phenomenon such as excessive deformation of beam body,cause a degradation of the structure performance,serious and even endanger the wood structure.So the reinforcement technology of wood flexural is important for the strength of the wooden buildings.Based on the National Science and technology support program:the traditional ancient village planning and transformation of integrated function and enhance the technology demonstration in the national science and Technology(2012BAJ14B05),combined with the research status at home and abroad,To carry out the study of flexural strengthening of ancient buildings wooden beam with prestressed high strength steel wire rope.This paper completed the following work:(1)The common failure forms of Chinese ancient timber buildings flexural members were summarized,and summarizes the research status of flexural reinforcement of timber structures,the main research contents are proposed;(2)For prestressed high strength steel wire rope wooden flexural member reinforced theory research,mainly from three parts:prestressed wooden pieces of deflection calculation theory research,the lateral stability of reinforced beam theory research,the anchoring side bond slip theory research;(3)For prestressed high strength steel wire rope bending reinforcement design method and construction technique research,on the basis of theoretical research,put forward a set of suitable for ancient wooden pieces of in situ rapid reinforcement technology,need not be carried out,the technology can significantly reduce the investment of manpower,for wood in the complete component or truncated splicing artifacts,all have good applicability,is a new kind of flexural strengthening technology;(4)Research for full scale experiment,chopping wood in the two cross beams prestressed high strength steel wire bending,set two strengthened wood beams for contrast,through the floor of the static load test before and after reinforcement,observe wooden beam's mechanical behavior,record data such as external loads,the beams deflection,strain,study after reinforcement beam deflection,the changing rule of the flexural bearing capacity,stiffness,etc,the results show that can significantly improve the timber beams strengthened with prestressed steel wire rope of the stress and deformation performance,and can greatly improve the bearing capacity of beam body;After reinforcement beam,its stiffness is not wooden beams with a certain degree of improvement.Finally,according to the test results,the flexural reinforcement project of Sanming City Youxi County,Guifeng village guide,on the qijia floor hall after hall 2 connecting broken beams flexural strengthened with prestressed high strength steel wire rope and the results of static load test before and after reinforcement reinforcement.
