The capacity tonnage of automobile and traffic grow as a result of developing in country economic, so the failure of pavement structure become more and more serious. Plain concrete has high brittleness, bad lasting quality and long curing period, which restrict its use in road maintaining. So it is very important and imminency to empolder useful repair materials and technology.The process of using cement concrete for various reasons, often cracks. Destruction of concrete structures and buildings collapsed, are also starting from the structural cracks caused by the expansion. The results show that the concrete interface:After the concrete cracks, long cracks in the interface with the exposed; Interface material is oxidized by oxygen in the air, A large number of Ca (OH)2 carbonation into CaCO3. CaCO3 particles changes as particle size, surface activity changed. In this paper, grouting material change in surface activity, the use of concrete cracks increased activity of the interface bond strength of particles, so as to achieve the increase in bond performance.This paper studies the content and results are as follows:1. Surfactant paste of MMA grout shrinkage of hardening. The results show that: when mixed with sodium acetate, the improvement effect of shrinkage of magma is most obvious. When the content is 3%, the paste shrinkage was 18%.2. MMA surfactant grouting material on the compressive strength of hardened paste. The results show that:when the mixing ratio of titanate 3%, maximum compressive strength of hardened paste, 101MPa.3. MMA surfactants hardened paste filling material flexural bond strength. The results show that:(1) the interface bond strength from the new point of view:With the incorporation of titanate to increase, the proportion of the slurry to increase the flexural bond strength. When the titanate content of 3%, the slurry of the flexural bond strength increased 103%, increase by a big margin. (2) the old interface, the bending angle of bond strength:With the increase of old concrete interface, the slurry has a lower flexural bond performance. Content of surfactant can affect different levels of old fight off the interference of bond strength. Doped titanate increase in the proportion; It can weaken the cracks of old fight off the adverse effects of bond strength.4. MMA surfactants on the viscosity of paste filling material. The results show that:Incorporation of lignin, butanediol, titanate, aluminum, sodium acetate and acetic acid, mixed with the ratio of surfactant increased, modified to increase the viscosity of MMA.5. UFGC grout is cement-cement interface, gender groups such class of surfactants on the interface effect is not obvious.6. Old crack repair identified new proposal, the program is as follows:Surfactant modification program for the old interface, a smaller crack width of cracks.
