The dependent reliability analysis of reinforced concrete bridge is a research focus both at home and abroad. This study relies on the project named "the research of the durable technology of concrete bridge deck "(Guangdong Highway Technology Management Research 2009-16). And it explores the time reliability of the structural flexuosity with the example of the T-beam concrete bridge, introducing the inverse theory of the reliability of bridge strength design, which has practical significance in many designs about existing reinforced concrete bridge assessment and strengthening design reliability.On the basis of previous research results, the study establishes the attenuation model of structural resistance with the action of multiple factors, and studies the time dependence of bridge resistance, which takes the structure resistant attenuation factors such as concrete strength, steel strength, changes in cross-sectional area of the duration of reinforced, aging degradation of steel and concrete into consideration. At the same time, the study propose introducing the inverse theory to the design of bridge strengthening, providing a quantitative indicators to the design of bridge strengthening through analyzing the inverse theory of bridge strengthening, and comparative analysis the time dependent reliability in different reinforcement methods in the subsequent period.Making a reinforced concrete bridge T beam for example, This study for one thing get the three-step rules of time dependent reliability of reinforced concrete bridge, through the study,we can knew that the loss of steel Cross-sectional area and the resistant attenuation have the greatest impact on the reliability, accounting about 80% in resistant attenuation. For another, using the inverse theory, this study researches the time dependent reliability of maintenance and strengthening availability and the follow-up service of repair and reinforcement. To target resistance which is calculated from the target period as the constraint, the study makes the comparative discussion that the indicators of reliable changes index in different follow-up service of reinforcement methods in bridge. Through comparing this method with the results of the general strengthening design, we can make a conclusion that the results of this method are more reasonable and reinforcement design for a quantitative analysis of indicators. And reinforced by the method of comparative analysis of time-varying reliability, are for the average small-span bridge with reinforced concrete and steel for adhesive pavement reinforcement method is more appropriate conclusion.Active reliability estimation of bearing capacity of bridge structures, and how to use the assessment theory of bridge engineering properly in strengthening decision-making in the old bridge was used in the assessment of the proper theory of bridge engineering is the urgent need to address the issue. This study is introduces the inverse theory to the analysis of Reinforcement, which provides quantitative analysis in the area. By way of the comparative discussion of the example, the result of the study is close to the actual situation, which is considered as a useful explore.
