To be seasoned with the war demand, the high and new technology which is the representative of the microelectronics technology is gradually infiltrated and applied to the military areas. The adaptive mmunition is one of the high and new technology. Such mmunition takes? simple guidance or adaptive way of ballistic searching of its own on a certain trajectory, identifying goals, until hitting objectives through optical, mechanical, electrical, material technology.In all components involving the adaptive mechanism and the active vibration control, the piezoelectric actuator is concerned about its good performance, which establishes the technical foundation for the research of the adaptive mmunition. Based on the above, the design? scheme of control system on the piezoelectric ceramics applicabled to the adaptive munition is presented.Firstly, the basic theory on actuator of piezoelectric ceramic is specified. The piezoelectric effect and equations on actuator of piezoelectric ceramic is described, and the operating principle stack-based actuator is expatiated. Furthermore, several dominant factors influencing the performance of actuator are summarized, and presentes the compensation method and the requirements on the control system of actuator.Secondly, the finite element model of the electromechanically coupling system on piezoelectric ceramic is established using the ANSYS software, carrying out the transient dynamic analysis and modal characteristic analysis. And the displacement, stress distribution and the natural frequency are obtained, which provide the effective reference for the further improvement of research on deflection mechanism of?warhead.Finally, the design?project of high-precision dynamic piezoelectric control system which has a broader range of application, and takes high-voltage operational amplifier PA85 as the core is presented aiming at the application of actuators on piezoelectric ceramic in the adaptive munition. The actuating signals is generated by SCM, which is amplified by a series of negative feedback amplifier, then directly loaded into the piezoelectric ceramic chip to ensure that it can work under different frequencies and voltages. The software Multisim10.0 is used for testing simulation analysis of the performance of actuating power, and verifying that actuating power not only has stable output, but also has better dynamic response characteristics, which establishes foundation for the practical basis.
