Smart munition is a new type of intelligent weapon with the innovative integration of the traditional bullet technology and the advanced guidance and control technology. It is the inevitable results of military equipment development with the trend of systematize, informationization, intelligence. It takes simple guidance or trajectory correction through using high and new technology, such as light, machine, electricity, material, etc., can actively detect the target and revise trajectory. The paper introduce the research state of the smart munition home and abroad, then put forward the idea that applying the active laser guidance and deflectable nose control technology, at last, designs the corresponding circuit and the general structure.This paper designs an overall structure, laser emission module, echo receiving module, deflectable nose control module. System adopts active laser guidance technology and deflectable nose control technology creatively, completes the research of basic concept, key technology of smart munition, functional components, structure layout, and work principle of overall technical. Key completed the principle of deflectable nose control analysis and aero dynamics simulation in fluent, designed the prototype of smart munition on the basis of considering layout of each module. Developing an laser driver module, the drive power can be very good cooperation of J001 semiconductor laser produced by CECT13; Designing the laser echo signal receiving module, realize the weak signal detection; In order to predigest data acquisition system, designing a pulse broadening circuit according to system echo's the characteristic of big duty cycle; System realizing the orientation judgment through the use of FPGA ; Designing a mini-power aim at the stack actuator produced by jingfeng electronic corporation.The experimental results verify the system can not only detect goal orientation, is very good also to modify the attitude timely. The design theory and circuit design are benefit to the exploration of smart munition. Its target detection and deflectable nose control technology provide a reference for other micro guidance missile and new concept of weapons.
