This article is the study of semi-central evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration monitoring system and feasibility analysis of system intergation.The main subject is for air conditioning of an office building in Xi'an. The air conditioning system is mainly controlled in the mode of dry fan coil and evaporative cooling fresh Air unit.Cold source is provided by evaporative high-temperature chiller and air source heat pump.Air source heat pump and fan coil is not included in the central monitoring station. Fan coils control themselves in every room.The room temperature can be adjusted freely using the people's preferences.It can better adapt the local environment and save energy. We can be intelligent monitoring using the way of distributed control and central monitoring for the operational status and operating conditions of system equipment.For the majority of medium humidity in the outdoor area weather conditions,we analyses the process of running mode which is based on semi -centralized air-conditioning system of evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration in different seasons. The automatic control system of semi -centralized evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration collect temperature signal and complet the control of solenoid valves, pumps, fans.In order to achieve supply air temperature, water temperature of evaporative water chiller, temperature of the water into fan coil within the constant range in semi-central air-conditioning of evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration,We design a rational, economic, and practical control scheme based on the actual project needs.We introduce PLC, optimal control strategy and control process,and realize monitoring and fault protection for the whole air-conditioning system,and achieve the best energy saving results.We complete monitoring screen of semi-central air-conditioning of evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration and achieve dialogue and interaction between the operator and control system using configuration software.The man-machine interface device display the PLC's I / O status and variety informations of system, and receive various commands by operators and equipment parameters, and transfer them to the PLC.Configuration software resolves the screen design and communication problem with the PLC. We achieve centralized control, data recording and printing.These all have provided the detailed information for the scene maintenance of equipment personnel to enable the operation and maintenance work easier.Greatly reduces the maintenance management of the labor intensity, reduces energy consumption of devices ,improves the reliability of equipment operation and the management level of the project.Feasibility Analysis which makes semi-central air-conditioning of evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration into BMS by the way of system integration Way of system integration using semi-central evaporative cooling - air conditioning control system combined mechanical refrigeration equipment management system into the feasibility of building analysis.The air-conditioning system of evaporative cooling assisting to mechanical refrigeration extends to the mid-humidity region or even high-humidity region in evaporative cooling's application.
