This paper comprehensive use of theoretical analysis, indoor test and numerical regression analysis method, the xinjiang region of the capillary powder soil water rose test, triaxial test and springback test, etc. Through a lot of the indoor experiment would eventually get the region powder sexual soil capillary water, water higher level over time the change rule and different particle content of soil its strong capillary water rise height, further get different moisture content of soil under powder sex of shear strength and resilience modulus relation. Therefore, the research in this paper for xinjiang farmland area road construction design provides the certain reference, in does not affect the subgrade soil strength and deformation of the corresponding standards for the premise of local materials, conservation of resources, reduce the cost, and can prevent road well in advance of the disease occurred.
