Soil base's modulus of resilience is the complicated function of a type , water content, degree of compaction and determining the method about the soil, this text is analyzed the above impact on soil base's modulus of resilience in detail .Clear to the same kind of soil property, under certain degree, its intensity is affected by water content mainly, and analyzing through the test that has received the relevant relations is founded among water content, degree of compaction and soil base's modulus of resilience; Pointing out the advantages and shortcomings about determining method of soil base's modulus of resilience, connecting Henan Province some project of district survey the data, analyzing the dependence between several kinds of methods of testing , it is offered certain reference for rational definite soil base's modulus of resilience.Through definite road surface structure and changing range of every road structure's parameters, analyzing the change of soil base's modulus of resilience impact on road surface curved to sink , soil base's top surface curved to sink and soil base's top surface press strain, analyzing the change of soil base's modulus of resilience impact on load stress under the panel bottom of cement concrete and the basic unit top surface equivalent resilience, define soil base's modulus of resilience different number that can cause whole road surface structure heavy change. Because the design number of soil base's intensity adopt quiet resilience modulus that get under most unfavorable season in the road design method of our country, not considering the influence that the change of water content impact on soil base's intensity in one year. Through analyzing the law that soil base's modulus of resilience vary with the season water content and its impact on structural design of road surface, it is proposed that soil base's effective modulus of resilience should take place of soil base's modulus of resilience as soil base's intensity in the design method of road surface.
