With the rapid development of expressway built in western areas, lots of slopes were formed. These slopes'stability were decided by materials'strength, regional geological conditions, seismic force etc. Traditional methods view these factors as fixed values, so there are greatly analytical errors.Slopes'reliability analysis are need further research.This paper using reliability calculation methods, study on the influencing factors of stabilty of high slopes of expressway under seismic force; take shear strength parameters of rock slope's structural plane c, (?) and earthquake acceleration A as the main factors, based on transfer coefficient method and Monte Carlo simulation method, build a model for calculation of slope stability. After analysisd the distribution type of c,(?) and A, improved Monte Carlo simulation method, investigated a calculation method for stabilty of high slope under seismic force.This paper rely on the part of the expressway of Shiyan-Tianshui in Shaanxi province, use Monte Carlo simulation method analysised two typical high slopes, analysise c,cp and A, use soft of MATLAB calculate the reliability of each slope under different conditions. Ues transfer coefficient method calculated safety factor of each slope. The conclusion of two methods are consistent with each other, verified the model and calculate method build in this paper is right.
