| With the rapid development of expressway construction in our country, the quantity of highway tunnel is bigger and bigger, so do the adverse geologic types that encountered on excavation, the wall rock of fault and fracture lone, for example, is a good model. Thus, comfirming wall rock stability is a key to tunneling works which contain fault and fracture zone when design and execution.This paper dtailed described the factors that influence the stability of fault zone, as well as the deformation,the failure characteristic and the mechanism, then summaried the key factors. Based on the theory before, we applied to the fault zone wall rock of Luya mountain along the Xinbao Highway, introduced its management action,excavation and support pattern. First we used monitoring feedback metter, Then according to the measured displace data, we runned the regression of vault sink and the peripheral convergence, meanwhile, we tested this feasibility and rationality to build this tunnel in this fault and fracture zone. And then, based on elasto-plastic theory, utilized the general-purposed soft ware, the NASY, we computated construction scheme of this tunnel repeatedly, researched the deformation law and its feature. On one hand, analysed the stability of surrounding rocks, tested the correctness of field monitoring data, and the final development trend, as well as made up the on-site that monitoring could not do. On the other, we applied the results to adjust construction process and supporting scheme in order to achieve the purpose of optimization construction and feedback design, and to provide certain reference in similar for later surrounding rock tunnel construction to optimizing design and construction of the tunnel. |
