This paper is focused on the study of prestressed concrete beams strengthened for bending with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Ploymer(CFRP), and make suggestion of practical design method. The study is based on numerical simulation experiment of finite element method by ANSYS. Experiment aim at six factors (ratio of rebar, strength scale of prestressed rebar, reinforcement measure, ratio of live load and dead load, scale of takeoff load, prestress of the rebar)and five level for each factor. Twenty-five strengthened beams and twenty-five contrastive beams are designed by orthogonal experiment method to study their structural behavior, state of crack and collapse, ultimate moment and deflection, the strength using ratio of CFRP, ratio of ultimate deflection and yield deflection and the relationship of the factors and them.In theory aspect, this paper give a general calculating method based on force balance equation and distortion equation of compatibility, Then coding a solution procedure, which is using non-linearity constitution relationship. The procedure's result is consistent with FEM's.In order to be easy to use,a simplification computational method is given.This method has a good compatibility,can avoid to design the low reinforcement and over reinforcement beam with a more safe guarantees.At last a actual strengthened project is designed by this paper's method.
