Since the 1970 s,fiber reinforced polymer has been widely used as an emerging structural reinforcement method in different types of reinforcement projects.Among them, the external FRP strip reinforcement method has the advantages of easy operation, good reinforcement effect and short construction period.Scholars from various countries have done a lot of experiments to carry out external reinforcement research. So far, compared with the research on the bending reinforcement of the externally-reinforced reinforced beams, the research on the shearing of the externally-coated FRP-reinforced beams needs to be improved. In order to analyze the shear capacity of CFRP-reinforced reinforced concrete beams, eight reinforced concrete beams were designed in this test(one of which is a comparative beam, six are reinforced beams under different conditions, and one is non-reinforced twice). The force beam)was studied to study the effect of CFRP width, spacing and initial load on the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams. The CFRP cloth reinforcement has a significant improvement on the shear resistance of reinforced concrete beams, and can improve its deformation ability at a certain level. The higher the preloading level of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP sheets, the smaller the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams.By integrating the test data, the influence of the reinforcement form and preloading degree of the CFRP strip on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen was summarized.Based on the shear design method of the existing stirrups, the curve of the secondary force influence coefficient is fitted, and the calculation formula of the shear capacity of the reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP sheets under the secondary force is proposed.
