Pile foundation is a kind of embedded engineering,which is usually located below the ground surface or water level. Pile foundation quality directly related to the safety of the whole project.Based on the advantages of simpled construction procedure,little noise and danage to the surrounding buildings is small,bored pile is popularly applied.However, during the construction of bored piles are also prone to many problems.So,how scientific and accurate detection of the quality of concrete piles is particularly important.Ultrasonic transmission method for its convenient operation, high accuracy, free from the pile length, pile diameter restrictions, etc. has been widely used in various engineering quality testing of pile foundation.In this paper, we have made ultrasonic transmission method further study.First of all, from the basic principles of ultrasonic detection method and proceed to explain the ultrasonic testing equipment and field testing techniques to analyze the ultrasonic wave propagation in concrete, the main acoustic parameters and their relationship with the concrete quality. Secondly, we studied the various existing pile of concrete quality criteria and evaluation methods, summarizes the problems and shortcomings of their existence, which made the need for comprehensive assessment.Finally, we introduce the concept of fuzzy mathematics to study the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the mathematical model of comprehensive assessment and comprehensive assessment of fuzzy mathematics method is applied to assess the quality of concrete pile of them, so as to establish a quality of concrete on the pile Evaluation of mathematical models.To demonstrate the usefulness of this evaluation method, we change the expansion project in Xi'an and Baoji in pile testing program as the basis for authentication.In the test,this paper will compare evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the results of core drilling core samples.We found that although the proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has some disadvantages, but has better reflect the quality of concrete pile state. Therefore,the results of this study show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the assessment of quality of concrete pile shaft is feasible.
