It is also due to the use of reciprocating compressors, so its wide range of different types of structure, size and stress level difference is very big, which have their own special requirements and problems in all sorts of use cases. Also, parts of the fault occurred also is varied since the reciprocating compressors, complex structure, therefore to compressor each part of operation condition monitoring are relatively difficult, its fault diagnosis method is also quite confused.The cause of failure caused by compressor is very complicated, one of the vibration of the hidden danger is compressor, caused by external or internal vibration but can small, strong vibration is likely to compressor cracked, parts coupling vibration standby, serious damage to the agency may lead to compressor downtime, affecting the normal production and living. And only through the vibration measurement, the correct analysis research, find out the reason, to be effective vibration reducing vibration measures taken. Of course compressor fault or merely vibration, there are many other problems.This paper describes the reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis, the significance and the research status of reciprocating compressor common fault and its mechanism are analyzed, and introduces some common reciprocating compressor of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis method and principle and characteristics, and the fault diagnosis method for reciprocating compressor difficulties and development direction, finally proposed to use simple linear regression analysis to compressor fault diagnosis analysis. For reciprocating compressors fault diagnosis method is of great significance to the study. |
