| This paper is under the background of the research of a miaco combustor with diameter about 12cm, firstly we use CFD method to discuss how to improve the atomization and evaporation characteristic of the vaporizer.After we got a better type of corrugated vaporizer from the result of the numerical simulation, we apply it into the micro combustor, and research its performance through both CFD and experiment method.During the reseach on the traditional vaporizer, we discussed that how air-to-fuel ratio,air velocity,air temperature,fuel temperature and wall temperature influence the atomization and evaporation characteristic.After that we summarized the influence of the We number on atomization, and the relationship of the evaporation rate and the heat exchange capability of the vaporizer.During the research on the new corrugated vaporizer, we researched different shapes of the corrugation on the straight corrugated vaporizer, and educed the relationship between performance and the parameter i After the comparison, we selected a better corrugation shape which have a better atomization and evaporation performance.Through the research of different L type corrugated vaporizers, we got the difference when the corrugation is used in different part of the L type vaporizer. At last, we design a new L type corrugated vaporizer. The numerical simulation show this new vaporizer have a better atomization and evaporation performance.This paper also did both numerical simulation and experiment research on the micro combustor which used the new corrugated vaporizer. After the research of the experiment on the combustor, we got some characteristic parameter, combustion efficiency, total pressure recovery coefficient,LBO characteristic,e.g. We also compared the new combustor with the original type.The results show that the combustion efficiency of the new combustor is around 0.8~1,and is above 0.9 on some states.And the total pressure recovery coefficient of the new combustor is about 0.95. |
