At present there are still some problems in the rig test of the micro turbo engine: the precision of the fuel metering needs to be improved; the start-up time is still too long; it is inconvenient to start the engine in the field without a data terminal.From the point of engineering application, this paper studied the method of fuel metering aimed at improving the accuracy of fuel metering. First, based on the aperture metering section the paper studied the impact of fuel temperature and back pressure to the measurement, gave the flow correction factor and verified through testing. Then based on orifice plate metering section the paper studied the method of flux measurement based on the detecting of micro pressure difference. The appropriate size of the orifice was selected through calibration tests. Finally based on the orifice plate metering section the closed-loop fuel metering experiments were carried out.In order to optimize start-control law, this paper launched micro turbo engine rig tests. First of all, the controller bypass / host computer manual control mode and the controller bypass / host computer automatic control mode rig tests were carried out, the critical control parameters were worked out by these experiments. After the optimized start-control law transplanted to the controller, the controller automatic control mode rig tests were carried out. The paper also carried out the fuel incremental open-loop control and speed closed-loop control experiments after the start-control law was optimized. Finally, the common problems and solutions of the rig test were summarized.The previous electronic controllers need the help of computer and simulator to change or program the parameters. It is troubled to change the program parameters frequently, and that will also reduce the life of controller chip. From the point of engineering application, this paper designed and made the supporting data terminal of the micro turbo engine electronic controller. First referred to data at home and abroad the demand of the data terminal was analyzed, then each module of the hardware and software was designed and described, finally the data terminal was verified by debug. With the data terminal the operations can be simplified, the parameters can be modified through man-machine interface. The engine can be started by manual or automatic mode without computer.
