With the explosive development of the power and electric system and computer technology,mining comprehensive protector has been growing rapidly,it is developing towards the trends of integration, networking and intelligence.mining comprehensive protector is the important equipment ensuring the power grids under coal mines safely,it can transmit the state and data of devices in the mine to control center on the ground reliably and duly. It is convenient for workers gaining and checking field information.In this paper,GZB-ARM-9111 mining comprehensive protector is optimized and improved to solve the problem that the comprehensive protector cann't connet to ethernet directly and has weakly anti-jamming performance.The hardware of the improved comprehensive protector is at the core of embedded microcontroller LPC1766 based on the ARM Cortex-M3 architecture, together with the necessary peripheral circuits.The software is based on embedded real-time operating systemsμC/OS-II, and the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack LwIP is replanted on it, uses hierarchical, modular designing method is used to realize the network function of the comprehensive protector. In order to improve the anti-jamming performance of data acquisition module, two data acquisition methods are designed:primary sampling method by A/D conversion chip LTC1408 and substitution sampling method by LPC1766 A/D converter. In this paper,anti-jamming is designed based on the hardware and the software.The anti-jamming performance of power supply,ground wire, signal wire and PCB of the comprehensive protector is improved. Digital filter, directive prolix, software trap, system self-test and software watchdog are designed to improve the anti-jamming capability of the system. All these measures are token to achieve the purpose of reducing the jam in the substation and the comprehensive protector working reliably.It is certified that the improved comprehensive protector can communicate with the upper computer through ethernet directly, meets the requirement in practice and has the advantages of low cost, strong function and strong anti-jamming performance.
