With the development of graphics hardware and software technology, computer simulation is widely used in engineering, such as aircraft designing, medical imaging and so on. Computer simulation transforms the information data, generated by the calculation system of the mathematic model of physical system, into image scene and process which can be accepted by sense of sight of human.People accord great importance to numerical simulation software in structure designing and performance valuations. There are many commercial simulation software and they performed well, but they always cost much and they may not meet some special need. So we need to develop our own software to simulate helicopter ground resonance. We complete the framework of the system, rebuilding the model of helicopter ground resonance and the visualization of the data.We will simply introduce the conventional analysis method of helicopter ground resonance. The pivot of the thesis is the development of the simulation software, including interface, rebuilding of helicopter ground resonance model, shading of 3-D model.We develop the software on VC++6.0, shading the model with OpenGL and visualization the time history data with Windows GDI.The software system achieve the expected requirements according to the client's feedback. The scheme is advanced and feasible, with a high practical value. The software has being put into use.
