In recent years, The concrete filled steel tube arch bridge has obtained a rapid development for its full play to the property of both steel and concrete, and with good adaptive for construction. The Nan men xi bridge which located in Zhejiang Changshan county, is a through basket-type CFST arch bridge. Combined with the construction control project of Nan men xi bridge, it researches some major subjects when doing construction monitoring, Such as simulation analysis of the bridge structure, The stability of arch-rib when during the construction process and so on.For the simulation analysis of construction control, it uses the double-elements method to simulate the arch-rib, which is a good solution to solve the stiffness of arch-rib and impose the load of liquid concrete. Also it improves the accuracy of construction structure analysis. Further more, it researches the force of suspender, calculates the completed status'influence matrix and gives the suspender force which in the initial and other stages, which guide the construction and the suspender force test. The arch has had the problem of stability for a long time. In this paper, it analyses the stability of arch-rib when during the construction process. The linear stability value is the max stable bearing capacity of the arch-rib. To acquire the real stable bearing capacity, it analyses the geometric nonlinearity buckling and double nonlinearity buckling besides the elastic buckling. The conclusion will give some advices for construction.The cross section's temperature fields is another problem for concrete filled steel tube arch bridge. As the construction organization design, it is in winter when pumping the arch-rib's concrete. The temperature is lower in environment but there is hydration heat in arch-rib's concrete, which is surely bringing the temperature distribution nonuniformity that will arose the secondary internal force in the structure. With the construction spot's climatic condition, it analyses the cross section's temperature fields of the arch-rib.The design parameter's deviation is the main reason for leading the difference between the actual situation and theory. Every parameter has different sensitivities for structure. It should make sure the sensitivity of every parameter when doing the construction control. In this paper, it analyses the design parameter's sensitivity, and differentiate the major design parameters. It should reinforce the identification when doing the construction. At the end of this paper, it analyses the test date which reflects the real condition and finds some useful conclusion.
