Hu jia wan bridge is a concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) through tied arch bridge with the span of 112m on the Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger special line,the connection beam is a prestressed concrete single box girder with three cells,plank construction method is used for constructing the bridge,constructing the connection beam first and then arch.The mechanical behavior of the bridge during the entire construction process of the bridge superstructure and the strength and stability of hujia bay bridge in service stage were analyzed.The main work has been done as follows:1.The strength,stiffness and stability of three structural bailey bridge across Jingzhu highway were analyzed,20+8+20m three-span continuous bailey bridge was recommended and adopted in construction, having received good results.2.The entire construction process of the bridge superstructure was simulated in advance analysis method,the deformation and stress of each construction stage was gotten,it provided the basis for construction control of Hu jia wan bridge.3.The local stress of the prestressed concrete connection beam roof where the steel pipe support was built for the construction of arch rib was analyzed.The result shows that the tensile stress emerge in transverse direction of soffit of top plate,the largest value is 2.28MPa.The measure setting a vertical dowel bar between top slab and bottom slab was put forward,thus the mechanical state of top slab is made better effectively.4.The strength and stability of Hu jia wan bridge in service stage were analyzed,the result shows that members of the structure meet the demand of strength,stability coefficients of every loading style are all larger than 10.The production of this paper can provide the basis for the construction control of hujia bay bridge and has certain reference significance for the construction of other similar bridge.
