High-rise building structures are frequently made of concrete core wall and steel structural frame. It utilizes both steel and concrete advantages to distribute loads reasonably, construct building quickly and have better economic benefits. But with the building's height increases, it will cause inaccurate construction rely on vertical deformation differences between the two structures and influence structural behavior or security resulting from differing material properties, stress levels, deforming functions, creeps and shrinkage of concrete. There is no standard in our country to limit this inaccurate construction of a whole building, and this is always controlled depending on experience. Firstly, the causes of inaccurate construction are given in this article, and then the reason, the process and the factors are analyzed one by one. It includes the creeps and shrinkage of concrete core wall, elastic compressed deformation of steel structural frame, inaccurate fabrication and welding techniques of a steel component. Then the disadvantages of inaccurate construction to structures are acquired according to them.Finite element method software ANSYS is used as a tool to build a model and calculate, discriminating once loaded method and exactly stimulate processing method, which have two conclusions respectively. The maximum vertical deformation occurs in the top floors of building regarding once loaded method, and this occurs in the middle floors of building according to exactly stimulate processing method. The process of construction is taken into account, compensating leveling of every floor, contrasting the vertical deformation differences which caused by vertical loads of three different floors'models. The charts reveal that the accumulative vertical deformation gets minimum in bottom and top floors and maximum in middle floors. Moreover, a regular pattern of a steel column stain along height is displayed, and a steel column strain of different floors with loading process is figure out.The vertical deformation differences are related on many factors, including creeps and shrinkage of concrete core wall, steel rate of core wall, pre-construct core wall, fabrication and welding techniques of steel structural frame, and non-uniform sinking of foundation. The exact model CEB-FIP MC90 as the creeps of concrete and the exact model ACI-209 as the shrinkage of concrete are adopted in analyses, and then compare with the results of ANSYS to figure out how these factors vary. It will benefit theory basis and reference to the controlling techniques of inaccurate construction.Based on the theoretical calculation and practical construction, some controlling techniques of the inaccuracy and structural suggestion from materials, structural design, construction techniques, and inspect deformation during the active time are given. This is mostly related to not only structural design and construction quality, but also some references to inaccurate construction controlling.
