Our country is vigorously promting Intelligent Subastain currently. Relevant units and enterprises are also active in developing and auditing Transforming Substation Intelligent Technical Specification, and unveiled Smart Substation Technical Guide and other documents. With the development of national economy, the electricity capability and voltage level has dramatically increased; the coventional Current Transformer has exposed several shortcomings that can't be overcome. The new type of Electronic Current Transformers have been the head tide because they have the greater dynamic bound, higher testing accuracy, wider frequency answering bound, more saving room, lighter weight, better anti-jamming, higher security and more simple configuration. All these virtues made the research for electronic current transformers more meaningful, and many reaserch institutions and universities are developing.Signal transmission and processing of Electronic Current Transformer is researched in this thesis. Firstly, this paper introduces the research actuality and the developmental sitution of electronic current transformers. Analysising briefly of principle of the Rogowski coil, dericeding the experimental data. And then, according to IEC60044-8-2002 and GB T 20840.8-2007 standard, signal transmission and signal processing system is designed. The signal transmission system using the Optical Fiber to transmit the voltage signal that comes from Rogowski coil, the Optical Fiber is not only used to transmit signals, but also to insulate the high-voltage side and low side. The Optical Fiber is fit for digital signal transfer, so designed an analog-digital conversion to sample, quantizate, code the analog signal into digital signal. The simulation and experiment results indicate that the Optical Fiber transmission with small pulse width distortion and delay time. The signal processing adopts DSP TMS320F2812 as the main chip because it's powerful control and fast data processing. The function of DSP including that processing and display the data received from the Optical Receiver, offering the timing required for analog-digital conversion in high-voltage side to control the conversion. Data processing includes calculating the signal rms, phase, displaying the results, converting the digital signal to analog signal for the analog port. And algorithm includes RMS method, digital integration algorithm and Fourier Transform. The thesis details of DSP principle, lists the setting parameters and method for each registers, designs the program flow chart.In the end, the paper summarizes the research content. Pointing out the research deficiency And the Problems that need to be further researched and resolved are proposed.
